I normally dont review but I love Tory burch and the app is great. One problem. If your searching through the items and then want to click to see details it opens but then when you go back to the list you were looking at you have to start at the top of the list even if you click on listing #60 you will have to start back at #1 when you are done looking at the item pictures inside a listing. Hope this can be fixed... Its been like this for a year now and I normally try not to click on any one item because it just frustrates me and I just go to the regular website instead.

The app just opens the web page. Why do I need the app? Shopping in the app is slower then using the real webpage.

WHY MAKE AN APP THAT YOU CANNOT ADD YOUR GIFT CARD ON MOBILE? YOU CANNOT ADD IT TO SAFARI OR THIS APP POINTLESS FIX IT NOW!

I removed this app about a year ago because it was so frustrating to use. I uploaded again today thinking there would be improvements, no such luck. Still no ability to Save for later or to wish list once in your shopping cart, not even at checkout. Only Remove is available which means I have to go searching for the items again, leading to the other irritating issue. When looking at any category (shoes, tops, etc), if you click on a specific item, then decide to go back to the category (by clicking the back arrow provided on the site), it takes you all the way to the top of the page to the first item. So then I have to scroll down back to my place. Repeat x times = forget it! And dont click the x in the top right corner, it takes you to the Home page: Game Over! Very disappointed, surprised considering how popular this brand is; so many women have something by Tory Burch nowadays or at least are familiar with the brand. I would have expected their strong marketing focus on technology to appeal to experienced smartphone shoppers. Back to my laptop to shop here I go.

Awful app, totally non user friendly. Tory Burch needs to step it up with the mobile shopping experience. Awful.

The app simply does not consistently work, Tory. Get on it please! Jim and all the men that support you by buying Tory Burch for their wives and girlfriends.

This app is SO slow!!! And half of the time, it wont let me scroll down and freezes for a few minutes (when I click on items). And when I click "shop," it looks like the coding is screwed up because there are no graphics or links. I have to refresh several times for it to look right. Most of the time, give up and just get on my computer to browse. I would love for this app to work right!!

Couldnt find my store which is less than 2 miles away. Lame.
